- I contacted Lending Tree when I decided to buy a house in Texas. An RMC Vanguard agent, Michael Miller, contacted me. He was very pleasant. He provided lots of information without being pushy. When I picked RMC Vanguard I had concerns because I wanted to close in a very short period of time. Michael assured me RMC Vanguard could meet the deadline. - Dan, we just completed the closing. I would like to thank you for your help and support in making this process as painless as possible. I really liked the online document approvals, the scan type document exchanges and of course your immediate response to any questions we had. This was by far the easiest finance/refinance process we have ever gone through and I can tell you we have had allot of experience with it going through 6 due to relocations in the last 13 years.
