Teo has been in direct consumer sales since leaving Texas A&M University in 1992. He found his niche in 2001, when he began working in the residential on-line mortgage industry.

“Being able to assist someone achieve their dreams is incredibly gratifying. From first-time buyers trying to squeeze into their 'starter' home to families needing more room to retired couples finally buying the vacation home they have dreamed of, I enjoy being the person that helps them with their dreams.

When not at work, Teo occupies his time with volleyball, handball, and spending time with his family. He is an avid fan of Texas A&M University Football, the Houston Texans and Houston Rockets, and will find time to watch a good NASCAR race any day.
