Born and raised in Houston, Cesar has over ten years of consumer lending experience, specializing in underwriting, processing, and closing consumer loan requests.

Cesar believes he is customer service oriented, "and my objective is to provide all my clients with a smooth stress-free mortgage loan transaction, while offering the best rates and programs available." Cesar saw the opportunity to do this when he joined RMCV in January 2006 because of its solid reputation on providing excellent customer service and consistent ratings as one of the top lenders with Lending Tree.

Cesar, married and father of a two-year-old daughter, enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Houston Astros, Rockets, and Texans.
