RMC Vanguard's Brian Graham has been one of the top performers (top 5 %) in the residential mortgage industry since 2001. He has extensive lending expertise in California, Texas, Washington, Virginia, Maryland and Florida. He earned his excellent reputation by developing strong relationships with his clients, being extremely reliable, and by producing a top-level product at a great price.

Brian received his BS in Mathematics in 1993 prior to serving as Running Backs' Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas (1993 - 1997). During Brian's tenure at Blinn, the Buccaneer's won back-to-back National Championships in 1995 and 1996 and eleven players advanced to careers in the National Football League.

In 1997, Brian left coaching to found First Down Marketing, Inc. with a partner. First Down specialized in contract sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients including Sprint PCS, AT&T, Switchboard.com and Staples. Brian served as President of First Down which grew to over 80 employees with offices in Boston, Dallas, Houston and Jacksonville. In 2001, Brian and his partner sold First Down to Cydcor International, a large marketing corporation.

Brian is an avid sports enthusiast (especially college football and NASCAR) and an active Rule #1 investor.

Brian and his wife, Cori, have a young daughter, Maci. Cori is a Senior Insurance Claims Specialist. Brian, Cori and Maci love to travel and spend most weekends at their vacation home in Crystal Beach.
