It didn't take long for Arnold's real estate hobby to grow into a life long career. Shortly after buying his first home Arnold completed real estate school with an eye on investing. Success brought friends and family looking for home buying advice. He received his real estate license in 1987 and became a multi million dollar producer the first year. I knew the Realtor end of the business backward and forward, but it was financing that caused problems and delays. My favorite mortgage broker offered to mentor me into the lending business. As a lender with realtor experience I am able to bridge the gap and get deals closed on time.

Arnold and his wife Barb each have two children. When they aren't working on their own home or teaching a friend the finer points of laying tile, look for them enjoying the great outdoors. We love getting together with the kids and going on what Barb calls an adventure, this usually means getting lost and laughing every minute of the trip.
