Chris moved to Houston upon graduation from St.Mary's University of San Antonio with a degree in Political Science in December of 2003. A proud native of Refugio,Tx., he was drawn to the big city of Houston due to the endless career & financial possibilities that it provided. After forgoing law school, Chris started in the mortgage industry and brings over 3 ½ years experience to RMC Vanguard. As branch a manager for Centex Home Equity, he enjoyed success and managed 2 offices into the top 15 in the nation and contributes his success to hard work and dedication.

Chris and his wife Julie have a lovely 1 year old daughter, Lauryn Avery. During his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, spinning records, and religiously following college sports especially North Carolina basketball.
